Whats going on with AdSense and Live.com?
A month ago I received a lot (these stats are a lot for me) of love from Live.com. Live.com was sending a lot of unique visitors to my site. I was delighted and went back and checked why was that happening. What I found out was surprising, Live.com result for ``Aravind'' had my site listed as 3rd or 4th result.

The referral love ended as soon as I added AdSense ads to my website. In fact after adding AdSense, Live.com result for ``Aravind Seshadri'' did not even have my website in their results not to mention the term ``Aravind.'' All other websites (common search engines) have term ``Aravind Seshadri'' point to my website except Live.com. Also I noticed that google was showing more love nowadays. I am not sure if this is a coincidence that google is giving me some love after I started using AdSense.

I am suspecting that live.com is doing it purposefully. But for google, I am guessing that having AdSense does not improve my page rank. Looking at the google stats, I can see that I am getting a lots of hits because of my posts about Fedora rather than having AdSense. It would be really interesting to know what is actually going!
